Service Description

Growing Together is an intimate virtual circle for expecting mothers interested in building community while deepening their knowledge around healthy practices for pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This 11 session interactive circle will cover topics such as healthy pregnancy practices for mind & body, childbirth education, tools for preparing for a hospital or home birth, comfort measures in labor, postpartum preparation and more. This Circle Includes: - 11 sessions total - 10 consecutive weekly sessions led by Carson every Sunday from 2:00 pm to 3:30 PM EST (**Note that the session scheduled for Easter weekend will be held on Saturday, March 30th, instead of Sunday) - 1 additional session specifically for the birth partners to attend (Date TBD) - Weekly emails full of recipes, journaling prompts, expert advice and evidence based information. This class is open to mamas-to-be at any stage of pregnancy. However, it is recommended you are at or before 30 week gestation at our start date so that you can attend the full course. Participation is not mandatory but your video camera must be turned on for each circle to help honor the intimacy of the circle. Sessions are not recorded, however all participants will receive an email after each circle with notes and resources. Limited space available.
