A doula's greatest tool isn't what she knows; it's what she embodies. Before we accompany another woman through one of the most transformational experiences of her life, there is another birth worth tending to: your own. We may not consciously remember our first breath, but the cellular memory of being born lives deep within us. Come join us for a free workshop where we will be exploring how birth imprints shape us. In this hour-long workshop, we will be guiding you through an inner exploration to discover how your experience of being born lays the foundation for your nervous system. You don't have to be a birth worker, mother, or even know your birth story - you simply must be willing to be present and listen inward. Anyone and everyone can benefit from befriending their nervous system patterning to become a more steady presence for ourselves and others. This workshop is a taste of what's to come in our six-month Doula The Doula mentorship and training. On the call, we will explore nervous system coregulation and speak to the most frequently asked questions for those looking to explore doula work.
